• Booking & Payment – Pay in full by the date on your booking confirmation. Prices may change; extra costs (e.g., visas, taxes) will be advised. Customer covers any bank/transfer fees.
• Cancellations – 15% of the total is non-refundable. After full payment, vendor cancellation rules apply. We’ll help secure refunds where possible.
• Insurance – Get comprehensive travel insurance for cancellations, medical issues, lost luggage, etc.
• Itinerary Changes – We may adjust travel plans if needed, with alternatives of equal value. Not liable for disruptions beyond our control.
• Translators*: Please contact us on email should you be requiring translators and interpreters  ahead of your trip. 
• Health & Safety – You must be fit to travel and follow local laws/regulations.
• Liability – We’re not responsible for losses, injuries, or issues from third-party providers or unforeseen events.
• Law – Governed by South African law.
